Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the web design and/or sales training or coaching management services offered by Spin Consulting LLC, you agree to the following terms:


Subscription Term: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by you or Spin Consulting LLC. 


Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, a 30-day advance notice is required to ensure your website and services are properly transitioned. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to JB.SPIN.Consulting@gmail.com. The cancellation will take effect 30 days from the receipt of your notice, and you will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle after that period.


Payment: Subscription fees are due monthly in advance and will be charged to the credit card or payment method on file. If payment is not received or cannot be processed, services may be suspended or terminated until payment is made. Late payments may incur additional fees.


Service Level Agreement: Spin Consulting LLC commits to providing timely updates, maintenance, and support as part of this subscription. However, Spin Consulting LLC is not responsible for downtime or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to server issues, third-party software, cyber attacks, or internet connectivity problems.


Changes to Services: Spin Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service offered under this subscription at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes that could affect the service level you receive.


Data and Privacy:  All data, content, and materials provided by you for the purpose of this service remain your property. Spin Consulting LLC will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on servers not managed directly by Spin Consulting LLC.


Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Spin Consulting LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Spin Consulting LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service. The total liability of Spin Consulting LLC for any claim, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spin Consulting LLC for the services during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.


Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spin Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
